The integrated policy for quality, environment and health and safety that the management of RAFF S.r.l. is aimed at satisfying the requirements of the ISO 9001: 2015 standards and national regulations on the subject of the environment and safety and health of workers (in particular Legislative Decree 81/2008).

This policy is implemented through corporate strategies aimed at:
- continuously improve the quality management system;
- perfect control of product standards during the manufacturing process, both in terms of performance characteristics of the leather and in terms of reducing environmental impacts;
- define precisely the responsibilities and tasks at all levels and monitor the achievement of corporate objectives;
- keep all company processes under control;
- implement continuous training and training of personnel in particular on quality, environment and health and safety requirements with specific reference to the task performed;
- carry out personnel involvement activities in order to raise awareness of quality, environment and health and safety requirements;
